Reservations: Encouraged in advance ensuring your preferred treatment time. Walk-ins are always welcome, based on availability.
Arrival: Please arrive 15
minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will end at
the regularly scheduled time without rate adjustment. All guests
please check-in at the front reception desk.
On your first visit: Please arrive 20
minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will be asked to fill
out a brief, confidential intake form to better assist your therapist
in providing the best service possible.
No Cell Phones: All guests please refrain from using cell phones in Healthy Beauty.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour minimum notice is required. Healthy Beauty values your business and appreciates your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Gratuities: Healthy Beauty doesn’t add gratuity to any services or packages It is customary and greatly appreciated to give to your therapist at your discretion (20% is customary).
Gift Certificates: Perfect for any occasion and the perfect way to introduce someone to the benefits of spa services. They can be made for any denomination amount.**
Referral/Rewards Program: Healthy Beauty appreciates all new referrals, please ask front desk about our Rewards Program.
Cancellations: A broken appointment hurts 3, you, me and another client. Please call 48 hours ahead (if possible) to cancel your appointments.
**SpaFinder Gift Certificates are welcome at Healthy Beauty, on any full price items or services. They cannot be used for gratuity.
